ASEAN Centre for Energy 

Independent Consultant
ASEAN Climate Change and Energy Project (ACCEPT) is a 34-month project funded by the Norwegian Government, under the Norwegian-ASEAN Regional Integration Programme (NARIP), with a total fund of USD 1,657,060; a joint collaboration project between the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI).

Alongside with Prof. Raphael J Heffron, we reviewed the performance of this project, how far the project has brought impact on the energy and climate policy in ASEAN Countries, and how to enhance the work and create bigger impacts not only to the policy makers but also the ASEAN society.

Policy Analyst
Analysed fiscal policy applied to the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and submitted recommendation to the Ministry

Contract Analyst and Administrator
Analysed documents for tenders, established contracts for the winners, and conducted a compliance audit on documents tenders.

Accounting Supervisor
Oversaw the development of the accounting system in HCML.

Prepared Authorisation For Expenditures (AFE) Budget, established financial reports, and controlled projects cost.  These were related to the government, company’s partner and stakeholders, as well as the internal company.
