2019 Teaching Assistant – Prof Philip Daniel

By March 1, 2019July 12th, 2022Teaching

Another great experience in my PhD journey. Thank you to LPDP Indonesia for giving me such amazing opportunity to study in such a great Centre, – the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee.

The CEPMLP has given me lots of opportunities to grow -professionally and personally – during my PhD journey. They provide their students many great opportunities, and students should make the most of it – like I do.

This term, I have one more great experience that I will always treasure during my career and life. It has been a great pleasure and an honoured for me to become the Teaching Assistant for Professor Philip Daniel – Thanks to Prof Peter Cameron for recommending me to him. Prof Philip is an Honorary Professor at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Minerals Law and Policy, University of Dundee, and Senior Fellow, Natural Resource Governance Institute. He Chairs the Advisory Board of the Oxford Centre for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies in the Department of Economics, University of Oxford.

The class enjoyed and hopefully will still enjoy the rest of the assessments and the paper. lol Thank you CEPMLP, UoD, and LPDP Indonesia!

    Betty,
Thank you for sharing your knowledge during the tutorial session and throughout the module. Your insight was very helpful as it personally helped me understand some concept I had a hard time with.

  • Betty conducted herself professionally and was very helpful by engaging students.

Hi, I almost forgot to comment on this very important subject. My whole brain went blank by the exam I guess, but thank God it’s now back to normal.
Anyway, it has been absolutely a great pleasure having you on board Betty to assisting us while taking our module for Mineral taxation. You have made the journey so easy and just simple for us to understand almost everything – the key aspects of the module, it’s requirement and not forgetting the way you prepared us so well for the exam to. I have lots of words to say, but let me rather cut the story short by saying we have spend our time for this module with the right people. You and Prod are the best, because you have all filled my brain with the best teaching! Many thanks!
