Increasing Visibility of Underrepresented Groups in Energy Research (IVUGER)

I was granted a travel bursary to attend an event sponsored by the United Kingdom Energy Research Centre (UKERC) and Imperial College, called Increasing Visibility of Underrepresented Groups in Energy Research (IVUGER). The IVUGER is a project initiated by Dr Zoe Harris (NERC Industrial Innovation Research Fellow in the in the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London), Dr Gbemi Oluleye (Research Associate, Centre for Process System Engineering, Imperial College London), and Caroline Broad (Trainer and facilitator – Broad Associates Limited) with the event been also assisted by Ana Laranjeira (Research Assistant at Imperial College London, Centre for Environmental Policy.)

This project aims to create a network of unique, innovative and impactful diverse women from across the world with the aim of providing them with the space and resources to establish long-term, meaningful research collaborations.
